INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

On the occasion of International Women's Day this March 8, 2026, we are committed to furthering our support for the women who bring Inwood Hotels to life and make it shine every day. This year, we have taken a new step by signing the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), an initiative led by UN Women France and the United Nations Global Compact.

Through this signature, we affirm a deep conviction. Equality between women and men is not an abstract ambition; it is a responsibility we embrace within each of our establishments as well as in the regions where we operate.

We are committed to guaranteeing equal pay for equivalent responsibilities and missions, to integrating gender issues into our responsible purchasing practices, and to applying zero tolerance towards any form of moral or sexual harassment in our workplaces.

These commitments are a continuation of our Diversity and Inclusion policy. They will be regularly monitored through our action plan for 2026/2027. This framework will allow us to meet the seven principles of women's empowerment, particularly in terms of health, well-being, and safety at work, but also education, training, and professional development.

In concrete terms, we will train all our managers in identifying and preventing sexist behavior, as well as moral and sexual harassment. We will also roll out an internal and external mentoring program to strengthen the visibility, confidence, and career advancement of female talent at Inwood Hotels.

Finally, our CSR Director, Aurélie Auvray, and our Human Resources Director, Lucile Vallet, represented Inwood Hotels in the Target Gender Equality Accelerator. This 6-month program, co-hosted by UN Women France and the UN Global Compact - France Network, supports companies in implementing concrete actions to remove the persistent barriers women still face: the glass ceiling, the gender pay gap, and the impacts of maternity on career paths...

Our responsibility is clear: we want to advance equality, sustainably.
