At Inwood Hotels, social responsibility is a part of our daily life. The idea first took root with the creation of a charter, followed by a plan to obtain an environmental label. Summer 2025 was a turning point with the official creation of our CSR department. Faced with the scale of these projects, the team expanded: Ninon joined us for an internship in September 2024 and then continued the adventure on a permanent contract, followed by An who joined as a work-study student in the autumn of 2025.
The driving force behind the project: Catherine Duvot-Cohen, CEO of Inwood Hotels
It was Catherine Duvot-Cohen, our CEO, who provided the initial impetus. Driven by a deep conviction, she wanted to anchor social and environmental values at the heart of the group's strategy. The creation of a CSR charter was the starting point for this sustainable, structured, and ambitious approach.
"The planet is our living environment; we must protect it through a more sustainable investment policy."
Aurélie Auvray, Director of the CSR Department
A well-known figure at Inwood with 10 years of service, Aurélie held several positions before taking the lead of the CSR department. After founding our HR department, she went on to manage several Parisian hotels. Her background, which combines operational management and strategic vision, is a valuable asset for embedding CSR at all levels of the group.
Ninon Fournet-Fayard, CSR Project Manager
After operational experience in international establishments, Ninon joined Inwood Hotels for an internship in September 2024. She is now a permanent CSR Project Manager. With her hands-on experience, she is in constant contact with the hotels to implement concrete actions in line with the group's strategy. She is also the main point of contact for all our non-profit partnerships.
