At Inwood Hotels, we make everything possible to provide our teams the best authentic experience throughout their professional lives. Punctuated by individual meetings as the fresh eye report interview and festive events as the Staff Party, the Inwood experience is above all human! In March, we invited all new employees to the first moment of sharing and conviviality as Inwood Lovers...

On Thursday, March 16^th, our second edition of Lovers' Day took place in Paris! This group-wide integration day allows new Lovers to meet and discover all the establishments of the group. To make them dive into our universe and share our values, we programmed several games and team meetings.

This event gathered interns from all the Parisian hotels and support functions. For Manon, Sales Trainee, and Etienne, Operations Manager Assistant Trainee at Derby Alma, teamwork is already part of their daily routine with the organization of group stays! This day is therefore an opportunity to get to know each other outside of their work environment and to exchange on their early experience at Inwood and also their future projects.

After a first part of the day spent in the offices of the Cluster, and a lunch all together, the Lover's Day continued with a visit of the hotels in the 7^th, 8^th and 15^th districts of Paris. A busy program that allowed the participants to discover the other Parisian establishments and their Arts de vivre, but also to hear the stories of our teams. Chrisflaure, our Head of Reception at the Tourville Hotel, presented her career path at Inwood since 2018 and shared her feedback. The day ended in style at the Gloster, the bar of the Hôtel la Bourdonnais, with the tasting of mocktails specially prepared for the occasion!
