Article 1— Purpose
To commemorate the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, HELIONWOOD, a simplified joint stock company with a single shareholder and a share capital of 45,386,000 euros, registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 504 196 999, whose registered office is located at 6 rue de Berri, 75008 Paris, is organising an instant lottery competition entitled ‘Play your own games x Inwood Hotels.’ This competition will run exclusively between 26 July and 11 August 2024, then between 28 August and 8 September 2024.
In any event, the Organiser reserves the right to change the participation period and postpone any announced date.
Article 2 — Participating
2.1 Participating in the Competition
The competition is open to all individuals of legal age residing in France and throughout the world (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”), provided they stay in one of the Inwood Hotels group's Paris hotels from July 26 to August 11, 2024 and from August 28 to September 8. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the competition and, in the event of winning, will not be entitled to the prize. Similarly, any false declaration, indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the Participant.
Participating in this competition, implies your full acceptance of these rules.
2.2. How to participate in the competition
Anyone who has booked and paid for a stay, from 26 July to 11 August 2024 and 28 August to 8 September 2024 in one of the following hotels, may take part in this competition:
Hotel Elysia by Inwood Hotels located at 35 rue de Berri, 75008 Paris
Hôtel La Bourdonnais by Inwood Hotels located at 111-113 avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris
Hôtel Le Monna Lisa by Inwood Hotels located 97 Rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris
Hôtel Le Walt by Inwood Hotels located at 37 Avenue de la Motte-Piquet, 75007 Paris
Hôtel Le Tourville by Inwood Hotels located at 16 avenue de Tourville, 75007 Paris
Hôtel Le Marquis by Inwood Hotels located at 15 rue Dupleix, 75015 Paris
Hôtel Le Derby Alma by Inwood Hotels located at 8 avenue de Rapp, 75007 Paris
Participating in the competition implies your full and complete acceptance of these rules, in all their provisions, along with the charter of ethics in effect on the Internet, and the statutory regulations applicable to free competitions. Participation in the "Competition" is limited to one entry per person.
ARTICLE 3— Issuing tickets
2,500 “Play your own games x Inwood Hotels” lottery tickets will be distributed at random over the two periods of the game's activity, between July 26 and August 11, 2024, and between August 28 and September 8, 2024.
There are 10 different types of tickets, corresponding to 9 different types of prizes and 1 ticket which includes a 2-euro donation by Inwood Hotels to a charity.
The lottery tickets will be distributed exclusively free of charge, based on the above-mentioned participation conditions; they may not be resold or exchanged.
Article 4— Details of prizes
For the entire duration of the competition, 10 different categories of prizes will be awarded:
- 3 Poiray watches, worth 2,190 euros
- 6 Diana bracelets by Aurélie Bidermann, worth 235 euros
- 6 Positano bracelets by Aurélie Bidermann, worth 195 euros
- 5 Honolulu bracelets by Aurélie Bidermann, worth 120 euros
- 10 75cl bottles of Taittinger Blanc de Blancs champagne, worth 110 euros
- 5 Teatime Menus for 2 people at Le Bayadère Restaurant, worth 92 euros
- 5 3-course brunch or lunch menus for 2 people at Le Bayadère restaurant, worth 144 euros
- 5 Dinner Menus for 2 people at Le Bayadère restaurant, worth 156 euros
- 30 75cl bottles of Taittinger Brut champagne, worth 80 euros
- A maximum of 2,425 tickets corresponding to donations of 2 euros per booked night to be donated by Inwood Hotels to the Association Sportive Handi Jeunes de Paris.
Winners agree to accept the prizes as offered, without being entitled to exchange them for cash or any other kind of goods or services whatsoever.
Inwood Hotels reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize of equivalent value and characteristics, for any reason whatsoever, without being held liable in this respect.
Article 5— Awarding the prizes
Should You win, you may collect your prize by presenting the winning ticket exclusively to the reception teams at any of the following hotels:

If You fail to come forward before the deadline of 9 September 2024 to claim your prize, You will be deemed to have forfeited your prize.
All prizes must be collected in person and only by presenting the winning ticket. No prize may be sent by post.
You are required to comply with these rules in full. If You do not meet the criteria set out in these competition rules, You will not be awarded the prize.
You may not contest or make a claim with respect to the prize in any way whatsoever. You undertake not to hold HELIONWOOD liable with respect to the prize.
The prize shall be accepted as announced. Winners may not request any change of any kind for any reason whatsoever. No consideration, compensation or financial equivalent of the prizes may then be requested, in full or in part.
It is specified that HELIONWOOD will not provide any service or guarantee, since the winnings consist solely of issuing the prizes as detailed above.
ARTICLE 6- Use of personal data
6.1. To enter the Competition, participants will provide their personal data to HELIONWOOD who is the sole recipient.
Participants’ personal data shall be used in accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 or any other law that may replace it.
6.2. The winners expressly authorise HELIONWOOD to use their contact details (surname and first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, in any medium whatsoever, without restriction or reservation, and without this conferring on the winners any right to remuneration or any benefit whatsoever other than receiving their prize.
6.3. You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data by writing to the following address:

Article 7— Limitation of liability
Participating in the Competition implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety, the rules of conduct in force on the Internet, and the laws, regulations and other applicable statutes in France.
Although HELIONWOOD makes every effort to provide users with available and verified information and/or tools, the company cannot be held liable for any acts of external malice that may affect the smooth organisation of the competition or access to the rules.
In all cases, if the proper administrative and/or technical conduct of the Competition is disrupted by a cause beyond the control of HELIONWOOD, HELIONWOOD reserves the right to interrupt the Competition. Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may result in the perpetrator being excluded from the competition. If necessary, HELIONWOOD reserves the right to take legal action against them.
Article 8 - Access to and interpretation of the rules, modifications

By simply participating in this Competition you purely and simply accept these rules and in the last resort, the arbitration of HELIONWOOD without dispute.
No verbal requests concerning the Competition will be answered. Any claim must be sent in writing to HELIONWOOD at the above address before 30 September 2024. After this date, no claim will be accepted.
8.2 Interpretation of the regulations
Any question regarding how to apply or interpret the rules, or any unforeseen issue that may arise, will be decided by HELIONWOOD.
8.3 Modifications
HELIONWOOD reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the Competition at any time, in particular in the event of force majeure, without participants being entitled to claim any compensation.

Article 9: Disputes: Applicable law
These rules are governed by French law.
The parties shall endeavour to settle any disputes relating to the interpretation or performance of the Agreement amicably. If the disagreement persists, it will be referred to the competent Paris courts.
